As a note, I have learned from Grasshopper that they are having fax problems with services using the latest technology. Been having a number of failed faxes recently and had them check it out. That is when they learned of the issue. No ETA on a fix. Not happy as I have had a number of patients faxing in records we have not received.
Grasshopper is an awesome virtual phone system but if they cannot fix this issue shortly, I will need to research other options.
