Upon signing off of items, yesterday Amazing Charts was locking up every time requiring task manager to shut down. It also occasionally would lock up randomly. Guardian Angels uninstall then reinstalled, with registry work, subsequently did a .net fix. Things were working well today for 2.5 hours, then locking up again. Guardian Angels today restarted SQL service on the server. I do not think anything is going on with the server as it has 16 of RAM, my suspicion is a problem with Adobe (9.4), but I cannot prove this. My network occasionally is going slowly mostly wireless. My workstation (wired) is the only one to have the lockup problem, it is running windows 8.1, 12 GB RAM, other computers also a running this system with less RAM successfully, some others with Vista, windows 7, and even 1 with windows 10. any other suggestions to troubleshoot?

We had similar issues with a previous version. It usually happened when the AC windows was enlarged after opening PDF. If we enlarged the window to full screen and then opened the PDF, it did not freeze AC. I am not sure if installing anew version of PDF will fix the issues?

Confirmed above, but now the problem seems intermittent. I will continue troubleshooting and post solution if found.
