OP fjgomez1961 Member Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 3 Schenectady, NY	I have been getting rejections from the insurances for medication infusions as they are requiring the NDC code for the medications. I can't figure out where does this information go on ACPM (it is supposed to go into the shaded area of box 24 in the CMS-1500).Thanks Francisco Francisco
