I have been getting rejections from the insurances for medication infusions as they are requiring the NDC code for the medications. I can't figure out where does this information go on ACPM (it is supposed to go into the shaded area of box 24 in the CMS-1500).Thanks
Francisco

Francisco:

I would talk with product support about this. We also use PM. To my knowledge there is no way to enter an NDC number.

You will go into the procedure table, look up the code, then add the NDC number. I also had this issue as well.
