When we eRx a script that has a eCoupon we get this message:
Practice NPI empty. Practice NPI may not be empty. eCoupons will not be available.
How do I fix this? Have looked at admin options and can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.
One if by gland, two if by A1C...

Hi Endo1,
Your Practice NPI is found under Admin Option and Practice Account Settings (Its the button with the house on it in the middle left of the screen). Make sure the Practice NPI is entered there and click Save before exiting the screen.
