In the new versions, there is HPV, Unknown, whereas before it just had HPV 2 and HPV 4. There is a new Gardasil with 9 valents. HPV 9.
Do we use HPV, Unknown as the vaccine?

We administered our first Gardasil 9 today and noticed an error when entering it into AC. We chose to enter it as {Generic: Human papillomavirus 9-valent, Brand: Gardasil 9}. When we went back to look at it in the summary sheet, it didn't appear; upon further inspection, we saw that it only appears if the "show brand name" box is checked.
For our Gardasil 9 administrations, we will be using "HPV, Unknown"(but entering "gardasil 9" in the comments section) until this bug is fixed. Also, there is no selection for HPV 9-valent in the VIS drop-down menu.

Sounds like a bug report needs to be submitted and a hopefully a fix will occur soon.
