I see that, on the Shout Box, others are also experiencing duplicate and triplicate or quadruplicate electronic prescription requests, all of a sudden, over the past week. I contacted Amazing Charts support today and, as others noted, they said that it was a SURESCRIPTS upgrade issue. Since I am having problems with multiple pharmacies, it is apparent that SURESCRIPTS has done a poor job of communicating to multiple pharmacies that an upgrade was necessary, if this is truly the case. Does anyone else have any insight?
