I see that, on the Shout Box, others are also experiencing duplicate and triplicate or quadruplicate electronic prescription requests, all of a sudden, over the past week. I contacted Amazing Charts support today and, as others noted, they said that it was a SURESCRIPTS upgrade issue. Since I am having problems with multiple pharmacies, it is apparent that SURESCRIPTS has done a poor job of communicating to multiple pharmacies that an upgrade was necessary, if this is truly the case. Does anyone else have any insight?

doesn't someone have a newcrop contact? should we be contacting them directly with complaints? (cough... flood their inbox.. cough)

And what is equally bothersome is that if they are denied, there is an addendum for every denial. It has created a mountain of unnecessary documentation in Amazinghcarts.

Multiple Electronic Prescription Failure notices in my Inbox today in addition to the multiple requests for prescription refills. All of the inboxes are filling up today.

WE need an option to turn OFF the addendum for every request. Just think about a Medicare patient with 20 refills. We get 20 addendum's in the PMH every time we go through this? Will AC listen and give the option?
