How you you all handle blood draws, and nurse IM injections (b12 ect.) right now I have them chart it and then forward the chart to me to sign off but if there is an easier way where I don't have to sign it, that would be better.
Thanks!

I would recommend using the Addendum to document draws and Injections. Right click on the patients name on the patient list and select "Add Chart Addendum". You can change the addendum Type to "Procedure" or "Other" and treat the subject like your Chief Complaint of the note. From the Addendum, you can quickly document the procedure using templates (just like in a note), and the user can click "Save As Addendum" to save the document to the past encounters. During the save process, it will ask you if you want to generate a superbill for the addendum, so you can still bill for these.

Blood draws should be billed on the superbill, that is a paper record. Injections on the Injection portion of the summary.
