My direct messaging/portal cannot start. According to the log I need to enable the AC auth service. How does one do this?

Go into your AC main machine and ==>Control Panel > Administrative Tools> Services> and on version 7.x or higher there will be three AC services.
One of those is the Auth services.

Thanks Indy! Now the log says that I am unable to receive session token from Updox. Thoughts?
