I just stumbled upon this today in a news article. I wonder, has anybody heard about it or demoed it? MTBC PracticePro Product Page Nasdaq ArticleI'd bet it's more stable of a PM than the ailing ACPM but it requires a 3 year contract. P.S. What is AC's motive here offering another integrated solution? It's confusing.

Amazing Charts isn't offering another integrated solution. This is a third party billing company that is offering a fully integrated solution with Amazing Charts.

I had very bad experiences with MTBC.
Their offices are in NJ but their staff is based in Pakistan. The account support person would change every week and the new one had no idea of what was going on. They lost records, they didn't follow up on billing. They were charging me incorrectly.
Now: they want a MINIMUM of $1250 per month. The 2.5% is meaningless unless you net more than 50K per month!
I left them last year. I would have left them before but they auto-renewed the contract with changes that only allowed me to leave with at least 90 days notice of the anniversary. This was not in the original contract. They threatened to take legal action if I left.
The one good thing that I can say is that their system had lots of reports and was fairly easy to navigate, the problem was sometimes that garbage was put in by them so there was garbage out. We had to download to them daily, it was not automatic. I am unclear how much of this is the same system vs a completely new system.

It just seems to offer a more robust package with a PM, portal, billing of course etc.
But I wont bother if it has that bad of a reputation. Thanks for the feedback.

Even if they were good, why would you have a 3 year lock in clause.
I did touch bases with AC, and they are again an AC partner. Supposedly they have changed management, but there are such systemic issues with the company that I feel a change in management may not be sufficient.
When I did leave, they asked me to sign a contract to leave that included a gag clause. Needless to say, I did not sign.

Sounds like AC should stop associating with this company to the degree that they can. Your business partner's reputation does reflect on you. And a request to sign a gag clause is truly a request for you to start a blog telling all that you know of them.
