When I look at my audit log, I will see a username of 'sa'. I think this is the "user" for communication with Updox. Is this true, or is it something else?

that is the system administrator user name. When AC does something "automatic", like receive a refill request, the record for that drug is "touched" by AC directly. the sa username is recorded as the "person" touching it.
All normal, no worries.
