So, I went ahead and tried the 8.2.2 install yesterday evening. The install on the main pc went as smooth as silk (still need to do the laptop). Everything seemed great.
Today I went to link my Updox account and AC. After going into Updox and mapping the users, I went into AC Admin and decided to link the account as on the training video. It gives me an error message that it cannot connect with Updox. I should check my connections.
Has anyone else had this problem and so, how did you resolve it?

Ok. It seems that the video does not have the full instructions, but Updox sent me an email with them and it seems to work.
Is there a way to send an item from the imported items section directly to the patient via updox without printing to updox, and then signing into updox to send it. For example, a copy of their lab results or anything else that you want them to have?
