Since I started using the electronic refills features, the program is filling up my visit history with every prescription confirmation or denial, which can be numerous with some Medicare patients. It saves every one to the encounter list. Does anyone else have a problem with this? It seems unnecessary as all refills are saved in the med list. Can it be shut off?
I'm also interested to here if anyone else does like someone here who told me refills are only given at visits.

Having refills listed in Past Encounters isn't ideal in my opinion but I'm used to it now.

At least it's accurate, unlike every other encounter there. Chief complaints don't belong in past encounters.
