Hi Friends-
I'm just looking at the innumerable ICD10 codes and am wondering if, after Ive seen a patient, could I possibly sign off and enter the charges +ICD10 codes. I know I cant. Can someone explain THEIR workflow after they've seen a patient. We have been using medfx and now on to AC-PM. I feel that the entry of charges and codes should be able to be done independent of SIGNING OFF. I would like to use signing off as my final view of the chart and the billing.
Any Comments?
Thanks for your input.

Sandy For what it's worth, I too, would like to see more flexibility in sign off. Ideally, each user should be able to sign off after his/her work is completed. If a staff member other than the practitioner is responsible for coding, then that process should be separable.
