Does anyone have an AC Radiology Interface that meets meaningful use requirement of being able to pull up IMAGES AND REPORTS directly through AC?

No...my hospital radiology department and AC set up an interface but it didn't include images. When I asked, "What about images?", I got no response.

yah
so this is going to be a problem
when I asked AC support they said - the images are the responsibility of the imaging center to supply
there really is not way to import images into the EHR
unfortunately the way they have it set up , WE have to check the box each time that says ' image included' so when WE are audited, we will get shafted for lying - not AC
very clever!
and there are no alternate menu set items that can be done by AC
so....
what next ?
unfortunately I have to do MU2 as part of this quality collective I am in
so I may just have to lie and hope I am not caught out

Is this seriously an MU2 requirement?

One of my imaging centers sends reports to me via a VPN link (which they came by the office to set up), and when I import these reports into AC they contain a link that opens images up in the AC window using the imaging company's viewer. I just have to enter a generic password to get them to open. They provide the same service to patients, but they each get a unique password. I like this option because the data is available in AC, but I do not have to store all the image files on my disk. I don't know if this meets the demeaningful uselessness requirement, but it works well.

Add more indispensable clicks! (Yes, I'm back on caffeine, dammit.) laugh

I don't think that is a MU requirement, but perhaps that you have the ability to view the images and make online orders. For this purpose, our radiology company is switching to NIL by Clarion

I think you can exclude this requirement this year. More importantly, I have no interest or use for the images. I just need the report. What a waste of a requirement.
