I'm trying hard to find a nice way to say this, but is it me or has GA Support gone down hill as of late?
I am trying to find clear directions from support on how to upload the MUIR data to NYS. Support has told me that NY and TX are the only two states that you have to do "Special Steps" for and its not as simple as hitting the button.
What are these special steps?
I know that you have to use the Export feature to get the report, but then what?
Does anyone here know?
