Sorry to hear that you're having trouble reaching AC tech support by email.
For what it's worth, I haven't had such problems.
Late last Thursday night, for example, I emailed AC tech support about a spurious update problem, and Danny called the next morning with the solution.
Last December, I emailed AC tech support about version 8 and got a reasonably prompt email reply.
The suggestion about using the HelpMeNow option sounds like a good idea.
Putting a phone number and email in the text itself may help, along with the AC account number, instead of relying on just the email signature itself.
Sometimes AC's replies are sent, but not received. I sometimes find once-important emails lurking unread in my own clients' overflowing spam folders.
