I'd love to be able to make a template that would populate ALL fields (or at least more than one at a time). Is this possible?

e.g. a "DM2annual" template that populated the CC, HPI, ROS, PE and Plan fields with a standard format, hmmmmm

one thing you can do is use the "use prior visit as a stepping off point option on the top left of the encounter screen" If you had done an annual visit in the past, you can just pick that at the start of your new note and update the changes.

That's true, thanks.
Still it'd be nice to be able to start a new patient off with a template.
We do lots of geriatrics, so maybe:
CC: This %AGE yo pt. is our new ALF pt. to establish.
HPI: Referred by Home Health for ____
ROS: blah blah blah
etc.
etc.
