A patient brought back a controlled Rx due to not having a DEA # on it. Sure enough, it wasn't there. Printed it out again and it reappeared. Tried several other patients with no problem. Version 7.1.3 Anyone else see this?

I got AC support involved and they were stumped. Didn't happen again.

I can't speak for 7.1.3, and in fact, upgrading to 8.x has me hoping this won't happen to me anymore. In general, when I print a script in 6.1.2 (I know, dark ages), either all of the top three of the four are still checked or none are. I have gotten pretty good at looking each time. I have seen on occasion where just one radio button was left unchecked.

About the only way it could have happened would be if the DEA button was not checked. I guess you could at least uncheck it once and see how the script looks.

It's weirder than that.
Mine printed just fine until I got a new partner and now we have two physicians on the Rx header. Then my DEA# stopped printing, but his printed fine.
So I put my DEA# in the "notes to pharmacist" to print by default -- but of course, it printed on his as well as mine, causing some comment, but not really confusion.
Sometimes the default would print, sometimes not.
And then, about 2 months ago, my DEA# started printing again!

It isn't in the AC software. Rx printing is somehow rendered in NewCrop software.
