I had high hopes for the e-prescribing to save me time and effort with renewals. Even now, about 80% of the renewals are not matched correctly and I have to go through them one by one. I'm wondering if others are persisting with use of this? Second, I keep having to run the database tuner to correct the erroneous prescription renewal counter. Is there any way to get this counter to stop making this error?
