hello everybody, is there any way to retrieve a deleted item? we accidentally deleted an encounter on a patient about 2 months ago my deleted items are set to delete at the end of each day any help would be appreciated thanks bala

It will have to recreated unless there was a back up made with the deleted item still in the inbasket.

If you mean by "a deleted item", an encounter that was not signed-off, but was forwarded to a message box and later deleted... then I agree with Naeem. If you deleted the chart AND emptied your deleted items, then it is gone.
