I just upgraded to 7.1.3 and have had some major issues (see: I have baffled ACs level three tech support). Another issue I have found is that some of the codes in the ICD-9 database are incorrect. I searched dermatochalasis (excess skin and hooding of the upper eyelid) and expected the code 374.87. The code that came up for dermatochalasis was 756.83 which is the code for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (???). Okay, I can accept that there may be mistakes in the diagnosis code database, but with the new version, THERE IS NO OPTION TO EDIT THE CODES! Come on guys. let's fix this, or at least give US the option to fix it for you. I have had to correct several codes, and it has only been 4 days using the new version. It is not looking good for this new version. The only reason I upgraded was to get ready for the upgrade that will allow us New Yorkers to e-prescribe schedule III meds electronically. I am not looking forward to another upgrade in the next month or two.
