Does anyone know how to document to receive credit for the numerator portion of certain CQMs? Even after following the "How to do this in Amazing Charts" instructions our numbers are still at zero. When support is contacted they could not figure it out and only advised that zero was acceptable to meet the CQM objective for MU. We do not want to report zero's when we know that we are providing the care to the patient.
If anyone has numerators in any of these measures and can provide guidance on how to document that would be really helfpful.

Cervical Cancer Screening NQF 0032
Diabetes LDL Control NQF 0064
Ischemic Vascular Disease IVD: LDL Control NQF 0075

Certain CQMs are only tracked if you use the billing portion of Amazing Charts. Try using it with a few patients to see if you get credit in the numerator.
