Hello,
This is difficult as we make new patient portal account with updox patient receives email but no password for login
anyone having this kind of issue

I haven't had that issue at all. Have you tried setting up a dummy account to your own personal email to see if you get the invite with the password?

Patients mention that they did not get password and asked for password.
I did try with dummy account, but did not get password.
AC support tried with new dummy account and did not get password and and cannot help, told me to contact Updox support this is not AC problem.
I send email to updox but not heard from them.
well hope updox fix this soon.
