Under the Past Encounters tab, I used to have a list of office visits and chart addendums. Now my patient histories are filling up with "Addendum, Refill Request: Denied and New Prescription Sent" and the like. It looks like these are becoming half the chart. We already have a record of refills under the refill history section. Please, is there anyway to turn this off?
