My UPDOX connection between my server and UPDOX is down this morning after the Microsoft Windows update during the night. I am running UPDOX central, now. Does anyone have any ideas how to reset the connection from the server to UPDOX? I cannot find any way to do this. The UPDOX connector Light is red. Interestingly, the AC connector Light is a solid green.

It appears Updox is just down. Tried it from both Windows and Linux.

Don't think Microsoft haad anything to do with it.

This is exactly why we didn't port our fax number, and instead use call forwarding, which we can easily turn off and on as needed. I still have to worry about what might have come through overnight though.

I'm surprised that the desktop version of Updox won't even open if it can't establish a server connection.

Updox was down when we came in this morning but now seems to be working slowly but otherwise appropriately.
