OP AmazingPaul Member Joined: Apr 2013 Posts: 8 RI	Good Morning Everyone, I have a potential Amazing Charts clients who is interested in seeing what Physical Therapy and/or Chiropractic Notes from Amazing Charts may look like. I am wondering if anyone out there would be willing share a copy of a completed note? Either using a "dummy" patient or with the actual patient information omitted. Any help is greatly appreciated.
