OK, I did not get much response from Texas MU users. So I went ahead and made very good progress here.
I am available to offer tips based on our learning if anybody is interested.
A very important tip, because the Texas Immunization submission is not fully integrated into Amazing Chart as is the case with other states, for Texas one will need static internet service vs dynamic internet service.
Thanks a_ramiz

I am in Dallas and am interested in working on MU2 this year. Other than having a static IP, any other tips?

You will also need to work directly with Amazing Chart support to get file transfer working. The process is for Immu data to go to Amazing Chart Hub, they will then process it and then you will be able to retrieve the file which you will submit to Texas Immtrac.
