OK I finally got my main referral consultant's direct address. I tried to send a direct referral but it would not go through. I need Amazing Charts to COUNT my referrals sent DIRECTLY through the NHIN direct secure email network. Has anyone figured out how to do this throught updox so that AC counts this as a referral made electronically?
I don't want to have to "count" the direct referral the way it is explained in the MU section and then have to send the referral directly, I would actually like to be able to send the referral directly AND have it count at the same time. I know, asking for TOO much!

Has anyone in Texas started submitting immunization data to Immtrac, Texas registry, to meet Core 16, Stage2 requirement?

I was able to send direct messages and get them to count
I did not do them way listed in the guide (perhaps I hit on an alternate way)
but they seem to be registering
its kind of annoying because I had set up the letter writer to send templated referrals but now I cannot use it unless I write the referral in the letter writer then save to to chart then copy and paste it into the direct message which opens several screens later
oh well - it's just workflow !
