Since updating to Ver. 7.1.3
Scenario (example):
Receive faxed lab -> Review and file in Imported Items.
Schedule patient to review lab.
Receive MRI report the next day -> Review and file in Imported Items.
Double click on the patient chart from the day's schedule to pull chart -> MRI report missing!
Pull chart by doing name search on Patient List box -> MRI report present.
