My state (South Carolina) is now allowing electronic prescriptions for controlled medications but AC will not permit transmission of a controlled substance. Is there a way to change this in AC?

I do not think there is. I would email Chris Tremblay at:
ctremblay AT amazingcharts.com_removespam
Obviously change it to the normal email format by changing AT to @ and taking off the _removespam. I am sure you know that.
