Does anyone happen to use the program ShortKeys AND is also using Amazing Charts cloud??
We have noticed some very unusual behavior using ShortKeys in Amazing Charts, and it seems to have started once we switched to AC Cloud. We will type the shortkey to trigger the replacement text, then when the replacement text shows up, there are all manner of odd errors. The most common thing we see are: parenthesis are replaced with the digit "9", sometimes a "0" appears after words, etc.
When the shortkeys are triggered in other programs on the computer such as notepad, wordpad or word, the text inputs beautifully so it is not an issue with ShortKeys.
What is even more bizarre is that at first I thought it might have had something to do with the way certain characters get encoded when pasted from Microsoft Word. However, pasting from Notepad does not seem to fix it. Plus, when changes are made to the shortkey text, different errors show up when triggering text in AC.
I'm pretty stumped. Any ideas or help would be appreciated!
