I wish I could comment in multiple comment sections on the right side of the orders and all of them appear. Currently, have to "print" but not print at each line in order for them to save and then print out

tlv, Please explain what you mean. If you put comments next to orders (under the "comments" heading), if you print, they show up on the print out. If you "Save" they show up in the plan section. What would you like to occur?

if you put comments in multiple lines-- ie: I have made a dx box in the labs that I will click and then put my dx for the orders (htn, osteoporosis, cad, screen, .....). I also have an "other" one that I can put oddball labs in (hemachromatosis gene mutation, urine mycoplasma, .....). I do not have an interface with the lab so I print out the lab slip. If I just hit print, only the last comment section I touched will appear on the printout. So what I have figures out is I hit the print button after each comment if there are more than one, but just do not proceed with the actual print, until fully complete. I would like all comments to show up. For example today I had to order a dx mammo and dx us for a f/u screen. I had to put the comment in the mommogram comment box--" right mlo, 90 degree spot compression re: abl screening"-- then hit print, but not proceed to actual printing, then click the us box and put mu comment in that box "r dx us re: abd screen"--- then I could actually print for both comments to show up on the printout.
Does that make more sense? It is just redundant and I would like to put what ever comments in what ever lines I choose and all print out.
It also happens in the referral tab-- comments don't carry over, so I dont' use that box and use the farthest right and free text it all

What version of AC are you using?
I know I had an issue with comments not appearing when printing orders on a previous version of AC. The fix was to write in the comments section FIRST, then click the selected order. So for your above example the order would be:
Write in the comments section " right mlo, 90 degree spot compression re: abl screening" then click box to select order for dx mammo.
Next write in comments section "r dx us re: abd screen" then click box to select order for f/u screen.
This hopefully should solve your problem (same for referral tab).
Let me know if this workaround worked, hope it does
