For the first time in six months, when my nurse practitioner signs off a note, it doesn't show up in my inbox to be co-signed.
Any ideas? Support?

Hi Bert, Please ensure that the NP is setup as a High:Mid-Level Provider in Amazing Charts with yourself set as the supervising provider. Once selected you will want to select the option to notify yourself for a co-signature. Please let us know if the issues persists.
