I am getting a Policeman and he asks me to verify that I am allowed to prescribe. I enter the information in, but he just comes back. I've called the Angels twice and they have not found a solution. Has anyone else seen this?

In the admin section under User Account Information, is all the information filled in? Just a thought.

Check in the interfaces list and see if NewCrop is active or inactive. recently had a practice need to hit the "activate" button again, then they were "Active" again.

Given how the system works (shades of a secret society), I don't know of a better solution.
As I have been told when we had another client having problems with eRX, there is a third party that validates DEA numbers that is neither Surescripts, NewCrop, or AC. I haven't discovered who or how to contact them.
It may be necessary to make a pilgrimage to the Oracle of Delphi - I'm not sure.
