Any rumors about more Updox integration with AC? It is quite cumbersome to send patients letters or lab results, when you have to print to Updox, then staff has to re-associate patient name (sometimes making mistakes), then send to portal. This should be done with one click, not 15.
And I keep hearing about patient portal integration. Will this mean messages will come into AC and not Updox? Who would it go to then, since we just use a general mailbox and not a provider specific one?

I haven't heard anything more, but I don't consider it too bad. Now, that does not mean that I don't believe it couldn't be better (more a "print to Updox and forget" function) but we previously had Relayhealth and AC had declined to interface with them. So that was really cumbersome.
