Hi All,
We decided to do a trial version of the AC cloud. We are wondering if anyone else is using AC cloud and what your thoughts are?
So far it seems OK, but kind of choppy/slow for some of us. It takes a long time to print documents. We have Verizon FiOs, so pretty good internet connection. What have other's experiences been?
Also, we rely on using excel spreadsheets to create flow sheets for patient labs in a more robust way than the measly lab tracking feature in AC. I was not aware that this would incur an additional charge to use microsoft excel on the cloud server. Does anyone else use excel or word in their imported items on the cloud?
Thanks!
~ Samantha

We've been using AC in the Cloud for over a year and are very happy with it. Verizon Fios may not be adequate. I have a Charter cable business connection with 50mbps speeds. AC advised at least 15mbps when I talked with them last year. I use Excel also and had it added to my Cloud account. The charge last I recall was $15/m for that.
