Ever since upgrading to 6.6.5, the following occurs:
When my staff sends me a message, with a patient attached to it, requesting an order for labs, xray, etc, I usually generate the order right from the message dialog box and then print/send to the appropriate party. Then, a description of the order automatically populates the message as a reply, and then I click "Send" to send the message back to whomever sent it to me. In previous versions, the patient would always remain "attached" to that reply. However, in 6.6.5, the patient somehow becomes dissociated from the message, and then the staff has to re-attach the patient to the message when they receive it.

Is this perhaps something that can be fixed by changing some sort of setting in AC, or is it a known bug, just awaiting a fix? Thanks for any input

I have a similar problem with orders since updating to 6.6.5.

I generate an order and send to staff member. The details of the order are blank when printed. The order details are maintained when viewed in the orders section (control-O). No response from AC with this problem and recently difficult to get through to Guardian Angle Support.

My staff has been working around by Manually writing in the details of the order.
