hi there
when you are sending a message to a person, the drop down "to" box has lots of extras; Groupbox (nursing), groupbox (front desk) etc and we desperately want to get rid of them so we don't have to scroll down! Help!

Most everyone feels the same way but there is no option to remove the choices.

And after all these years and bitching about it all this time, we are using the Nursing drop down. We changed our work flow and it is usable for us now, but I can't open it, so I have to walk over to a nurses computer and see if there are patients waiting in the front. Sigh...
