Now I am REALLY baffled. The "default" prescription format used to print my DEA, NPI and License # in the header.
Rather recently, it stopped printing any of those things.
I followed a "workaround" and put the DEA# in the "message to pharmacist" area -- unfortunately, that is a global field, so it also prints on my partner's prescriptions. That won't do for a workaround for us.
Today, the prescriptions mysteriously started printing my License # -- I haven't done anything other than come back from 2 weeks vacation. This is not useful -- the pharmacy wants DEA and NPI, not license #
I presume this is some glitch in Crystal Reports. Should I delete the whole AC program and re-install? There aren't any tweaks available.

Can't hurt to reinstall. But, if you had paper scripts, would you have separate ones or put all relevant information on one. I know when we used paper, both of our DEA#s were on the same script.
I know it's a silly workaround, but you can't put them both on? Of course, then it takes away the ability to write anything else in there.
What has tech support said. I don't have that problem anymore, but I have to click on the buttons every time. This is where we need patches.

Oh sure. We can work around this. It's just inelegant!
The weirdest thing is that my numbers come and go -- but my partners #'s all print reliably in the header! You can't choose -- you either get NPI, Licence# and DEA, or nothing. Or if you are me, you get random one or another or none.
