We are 'happy' with our current version and would prefer NOT upgrading until this summer when we will most likely effect both hardware and software upgrades including VM, Server 2012, SQL 2012, and robust RAM. An upgrade of AC will be necessary by September 2014 in order for us to use the new ICD 10 diagnostic codes required starting October. Does anyone see this as a problem and what is the most 'stable' version of AC right now?

I think you are wise to wait and let AC sift through the bugs of 6.6.
We upgraded with issues and had to go back to 6.3.

I am sure they will work it out. I am not sure how to respond to forced up grade to get ICD 10?
