Maybe this has been addressed or perhaps our needs are strangely unique but if one wants to print a month-end report of all patients seen by scheduled appointment (which to me seems like an incredibly useful report) is there still no way of do this? I can think of dozens of uses for something such as this and yes, my practice management program will indeed do the same but don't ask me why I fear reliability as this is a problem unto itself with respect to exporting and importing the data from either program.

Have you used the advanced search before? You can do a search with the criteria Schedule, Months Since Last Seen; Operator <= ; and "1" in the value. This will put up the patients you have seen in the last 30 days.

Thank you Serene! This works if we haven't seen the patient for a month but we see injury patients as often as every two weeks so it leaves them out. I wonder though, if there are other possibilities and I just don't know how to direct the search with respect to the language. I suppose I should contact support. They are always awesome over there.

Christy,

If you select the less than or equal to operator, <=, it will display patients you have seen in the past 30 days. Hope that helps.
