We currently have an interface setup with Quest lab to pull down lab results. We are interfaced with our current PM Misys Tiger with Quest to pull demographic information. We are in the process of moving to MEDFx and trying to figure out the best solution to get demographics to Quest. Is anyone pulling demographics from AC into Quest? The Quest interface is one way but it looks like maybe they could use the Amazing Charts Demographic interface. We can maybe interface with MEDFx but when they integrate I will need to pull info out of Amazing Charts. So just curious what other have done.

Quest can install a "Bridge" software to pull demographics into Quest 360 based on the PID. But it only works on a 32-bit computer. It seems most computers today are 64-bit, so I don't know why Quest hasn't fixed this.

They have. At least in Oregon we have been using a 64-bit bridge from Quest for over a year.

Tom, So you are pulling demographic out of AC into Care 360? Are you using the AC demographic interface?
Thanks for the info!
