The last incentive (0.5%) will be paid for participation in 2013, and penalties for non-participation will be imposed through 2014. John Internal Medicine

Thanks

Steven Member Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 1,718 South Bend, WA	I use a templated order on the ORDER SHEET for things like albuterol - it has the drug, all the other verbage like qty, instructions, lifetime use, prognosis, etc along with date last seen, etc - electronically fax to pharmacy. I don't even write for Pulmicort any more, due to the Peri #2 and Peri LC Conversion Kit. I prescribe Flovent for 10 month olds (which is certainly doable).
