You don't use a G-code any more. The ePrescribing incentive program reporting ended 12/31/2013. The last incentive (0.5%) will be paid for participation in 2013, and penalties for non-participation will be imposed through 2014.

Pharmacies, want paper scripts for albuterol and Atrovent neb solutions as they bill this to part b and cannot use e scribe sent scripts
Any suggestions of now to get a paper print copy of an electronically sent prescription??

If you insure it is not codified, for instance, Albuterol soln 0.083%, it will then not be codified. Therefore, it will be sent as a fax, and unless they are as cool as we are, it will come out as paper.

I use a templated order on the ORDER SHEET for things like albuterol - it has the drug, all the other verbage like qty, instructions, lifetime use, prognosis, etc along with date last seen, etc - electronically fax to pharmacy.

That is the most brilliant thing ever written on this board. If they accept it? Do they accept it as a script. I don't even write for Pulmicort any more, due to the Peri #2 and Peri LC Conversion Kit. I prescribe Flovent for 10 month olds (which is certainly doable).

I know you only have two pharmacies, but what makes a prescription a prescription?
