I assume this is a continuation of your other thread and that this is for MU stage 1. So she had to start by 10-3-2013 to get in 90 days during 2013, and you get 2 months in 2014 to report the attestation. I could not find a reference for that in cms.gov, but found this reference, look in the meaningful use deadlines paragraph. http://www.drfirst.com/education/meaningful-use-deadlines.jsp Dan Rheumatology
