Does anyone use a web based scheduler that has a bi-directional link with AC ?
I'm looking to outsource my receptionist

The only bi-directional web scheduler that I know of at present (that links with AC) is Updox.

With UPDOX scheduler do the appointment requests come from the individual portal accounts ? Better yet , could I have a remote receptionist schedule multiple appointments via UPDOX without logging into patient accounts ?
Maybe I should watch their video ....
