Have any AC cloud users used pocket cloud? I would like to connect directly via my ipad which is allegedly possible per AC guardians but can't quite figure it out. Thanks

I figured out how to directly access the AC app in the cloud via pocket cloud on my iPad. I would be happy to share the info if anyone is interested. I think it is better than accessing the desk top via log me in. Unfortunately, Updox doesn't have a functional iPad app so I can't get in yet but I am working on them.

Hope this helps others that use an android phone and can't get the screens to fit properly using pocket cloud. Use Microsoft Remote Desktop App! No problem getting to see all areas of windows.

Last night I was just remoting in to AC server by way of LogMeIn on the iPhone. Screen was small, but I got what I needed and I was impressed.

@Bill - yes, if you could send me the instructions that would be great. Via this thread or Jill.Smith@sartellpediatrics.com . Thank you!
