I tried to do the survey AC sent by e-mail, but several questions needed to be answered "other" or "none of the above" and it would not accept it. Pretty much I had to say "AC is the greatest thing that ever happened to me [because] " or not take the survey.

Same thing here Dave. The questions were not all worded well and did not have always have adequate responses to choose from. I really couldn't express my experience with AC.

yes, for example one of the questions was like "how many more patients a day can you see because of amazing charts?" with answers of "1,2,3,4,5". There was no option for 0 or negative.
